Vintage Wednesday - 1963

In 1963, Barbie gets her first girlfriend, Midge. Now, the dolls come on bodies that are marked with both their names. The previous dolls had only barbie on it.

The year also comes with the first Barbie doll with a hair do: Fashion Queen Barbie doll. She has 3 wigs matching all her outfits.
