Celebrity Monday - Jennifer Beals

Do you remember this picture? Well if you do, I'm glad we are at the same page!! Yes, this is like a classic one from the 80's, i grown up watching this movie, i can't even tell how many time...

Now tell me you must also remember this famous scene (the one she gets wet on the chair) and song - I can't even explain, the 80's was such a good time...


 Well, anyways...after a shock of memories  and a couple of minutes later, lets talk about Jennifer Beals.





Jennifer Beals (born December 19, 1963) is an American actress and a former teen model. She is known for her roles as Alexandra "Alex" Owens in the 1983 film Flashdance, and as Bette Porter on the Showtime drama series The L Word. Wow, after 50 movies and years she still looks great!!! Just as the doll created by Mattel to reminder us how successful her character as Alex on "Flashdance"  movie was.

    I remember the promo for the movie. Don't recall seeing it all the way through. It was featured in the movie, "The Full Monty." Darn. Now I regret NOT finding that doll. She looks poseable.

    I love that film! I saw it again recently on TV. While I was watching it at this date and age all I could think of is how dangerious it was to dance in water in those heels!LOL! Ahh the 80's!

    Hello from Spain: like your dance I saw the movie a million times. I really liked. Now in Spain the actress starring in a cop show in New York. She is as beautiful as ever. The doll also really like. I see by your picture you were enjoying holiday family. Some very nice photos and I see that you have very good weather. Keep in touch.

      Hi Marta,
      You are right, i don't know if it's the same show, but last year she was on a shown called "The Chicago Code", it was a police one, she's such a good actress and looking gorgeous...
      And, yes, it's spring here now, so as i had the kids last week i went out to have some fun with them.
