The title of the post is about "the club meeting outfit" from 1966-1967, but on 1965 the "same" outfit had been out as "the fashion editor outfit" with not only the same exactly outfit, but a hat and photo camera on the set.
I should had post this one in instead as for me, seems "more" complete, but I didn't really like the name for it, I would prefer the 1965 one with the second outfit name. If you take the camera off, that's it for the fashion editor role outfit, so, it could very well be done.

The 1966/1967 outfit only had the blue jacket, a dress and the shoes on it. For some reason, they decided to remove the hat. In my opinion, a cute accessory to the outfit, specially back on that time, when that kind of hat was a fashion piece.
