Ken® has done it again!

His latest stunt? Posting billboards in New York City and Los Angeles, asking Barbie® to get back together. He's blasting messages like We May Be Plastic But Our Love is Real! at Santa Monica and Sawtelle in LA, and I Want You Back! at Spring Street and Hudson Street in NYC. Come on Barbie, how long it will take it, Is she waiting for February 14th for the grand "get back"? May be smart to wait and get Ken all excited about "is she get me back?" question for Valentines day. We all know there's a big expectation on it, let's face it they were the most on camera's paparazzi lens and journalist for a photo, it will be great watch the end of one more "Hollywood history". Oh boy, oh boy! No drama, no Fama!
I just hope Barbie doesn't drink and drive or get caught with some unlawful substance, we all know she doesn't need this type of scene to get attention.

Ok Barbie, quanto tempo isso vai levar, oq a ela esta esperando? ela está esperando 14 de fevereiro para o grande "get back "? Pode ser inteligente deixar o Ken todo animado em pensar " sera que ela me aceitar de volta?" pergunta para o dia dos namorados? Nós todos sabemos que há uma grande expectativa sobre a volta do casal, afinal eles foram um dia o casal mais fotografado e disputado nas lente da câmera dos paparazzis e jornalistas, espero q acabe logo essa mais uma "história de Hollywood". Oh boy, oh boy! Sem drama, sem Fama!

Eu tambem espero que a Barbie não beba e dirija ou seja pega com nenhuma substância ilegal, todos sabemos que ela não precisa deste tipo de cena para chamar a atenção.

Last year I got all excited when i got some extra money to sign up to the Official Barbie fun club from Mattel and couldn't because the participants limit had reached, can you believe it? Yes!i was sad about it, but 2011 is here and i can't wait to sign up this year, If I get a chance to...Here it's the member fan club card from 2010. Let's wait and see. Fingers crossed!!

Ano passado eu toda feliz para me tornar socia do oficial fan club da Barbie, quando descobrir q o limit anual de participantes tinha alcancado o numero permitido, sim! eles tem um limite de participantes e vc deve renovar sua participacao todos os anos. Tem la sua vantagens em ser um socio, quando eu assinar para esse ano de 2011, corro aq e conto pra vcs oq ha nos bastidores :-) Vamos ver se eu consigo esse ano ne?  Cruzem os dedos!Aq o cartao de socio de 2010.

Barbie Cafe Blog Anniversary - 2 years

Geez, it feels like was yesterday when i decided to start this bog and 2 year has passed, well, I'm thinking about something special, a little contest, maybe? in celebration for the next couple of months. I'll see...Hope i can keep going, life is so busy...

After a star turn in the animated "Toy Story 3" last year, the Ken doll, lately a bachelor, is making a full-out press to win back his on-again-off-again gal pal of 50 years, Barbie. As part of a Valentine's Day promotion, Ken will deliver a special cupcake from famous New York bakery Magnolia designed to win her back.

To complement the story line, Mattel is introducing a new, talking Ken doll, complete with a hairdo modeled after teen heartthrob Justin Bieber, and on Valentine's Day will begin selling a Barbie and Ken doll set, which will retail for $5 for a limited time.

Mattel has also designed Barbie hair that can be fed into any inkjet printer and customized with any number of designs, providing personalized clip-on hair for both Barbie and her owner.

Barbie + Camera = Is that a good combination?

We all heard or saw at stores the Barbie with a camera on her chest. Well, at first looks like just as a technology way to play with the doll, but FBI warnings about the use of the doll for parents, and as a future mom, I have to say that we have to be careful not only with this toy, but also any other toy that include technology giving kids contact with the outside world out of the parent's eye's; If you kid got this doll, make sure it's been used in a good faith.Lets' take a good care of our kids!!

Certamente todos nós ja ouvimos ou vimos em lojas uma boneca da Barbie com uma câmera localizada no colo da boneca. Bem, inicialmente, nao ha problema nenhum nisso, nao e mesmo? vimos somente como uma forma de unir o brincar com a technologia, mas de acordo com o FBI, os cuidados devem ser mais alem que isso, eles avisam sobre o uso da boneca para os pais, e como uma futura mamãe, eu tenho que dizer que temos que ter cuidado não só com este brinquedo , mas também qualquer outro brinquedo, que incluem tecnologia, as quais dao possibilidade às crianças, o contacto com o mundo exterior, fora dos olhos do pai's; entao, se sua filha ganhou essa boneca, ou vc mesmo a deu como presente, certifique-se que ela esta sendo usada de maneira correta. Vamos acompanhar o brincar de nossas criancas e ter certeza que elas estao seguras!!
Quem assistiu a ultima novela das 9: Passione, que abordou o tema "pedofilia" pode acompanhar um pouco da gravidade e violencia que isto e contra a crianca.
