Wearing the traditional Islamic dress, Barbie came to "Save the Children". More the 500 Barbies went on show yesterday at the Salone del Cinquecento, in Florence, Italy. The designer behind all this, in conjunction with Mattel, is Eliana Lorena.
She says: 'I think this is really important for girls, wherever they are from they should have the opportunity to play with a Barbie that they feel represents them.
